*Damaged or Incorrect Orders*
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery via mnaash6@gmail.com or WhatsApp, with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, where applicable.
*Change of Mind*
We do not accept returns or exchanges if you have changed your mind, selected the wrong fragrance, or simply wish to switch to a different fragrance.
*Opened or Used Products*
For product safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of perfumes that have been opened or used, except where the product arrived damaged or defective.
